In re: Stock Exchanged Options Trading Antitrust Litigation, 317 F.3d 134 (2d Cir. 2003)

Affirming summary judgment in favor of defendants, ruling that the Sherman Act, insofar as it might have applicability to the listing and trading of options on securities exchanges regulated by the SEC, has been impliedly repealed by the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
