Chris Smith will present the ethics portion of the Connecticut Chapter of the American Planning Association annual event, "Hot Topics in Land Use Law and Practice," held at the Mark Twain House Conference Center. There will be CM Program credits available, in addition to Ethics Training only. Additional topics will include:

  • Legislative Update
  • Chapter Meeting
  • Annual Legal Update and Q&A Session
  • Municipal Zoning and Planning Issues in the Age of Climate Adaptation
  • New Form-Based and Sustainability Frontiers in Hartford's Zoning Code

Registration Fee: $45 for members, $55 for non-members, for full day program including lunch & parking, or $15 for Ethics Training only.

Payment: Please make payment (check or cash) at the door or by mail. (Lunch is included in full day only.)
