Health, Welfare and Fringe Benefits Limits 2007 - 2009

Employee benefit plans often include health, welfare and other fringe benefits.  These benefits may include, for example, health savings accounts, parking and mass transit benefits, or adoption assistance.  Plan administrators need to be familiar with the numerous limits and thresholds applicable to such plans. While the Internal Revenue Code allows for many different types of fringe benefits, the attached tables will highlight pertinent information for some of the most common. The tables will be periodically updated to reflect future IRS guidance.
