CT Technology Council Cell: Ten Tips for Start-Ups Trying to Raise Capital

Catherine Intravia, co-leader of the Connecticut Technology Council Greater Hartford Cell, will co-host the next meeting at Shipman and Goodwin's Hartford office. The CTC Greater Hartford Cell provides the opportunity for area technology professionals and businesses to meet to discuss timely topics and to network with other technology professionals. Cathy is co-leader of the Cell with Fred Wergeles and Mike Scricca.

The event will open with a presentation entitled: “Ten Tips for Tech Start-Ups Trying to Raise Capital” presented by Michael Gurau, Founder and Managing General Partner of the Clear Venture Partners. He brings more than fourteen years of successful venture capital experience to Clear Venture Partners coupled with four years of startup operating experience, in marketing and product management.

Following the presentation, the event will offer refreshments and the opportunity to network with other technology professionals. The CTC cost to attend is: $25 – CTC member; $35 – non-member.
