Coleman Casey practices in the areas of personal estate and tax planning. His experience includes real estate and business transactions, having represented clients in the areas of commercial and public (tax-exempt) finance, asset-based lending, syndications, workouts, planning and zoning, environmental issues, leasing, real property tax appeals, foreclosures and condemnations.
Coleman has developed a special knowledge of both educational and health care institutions through his long-term representation of the Connecticut Association of Independent Schools, Connecticut Health System, and the State of Connecticut Health and Educational Facilities Authority.
