Approvals for 45-lot Open Space Subdivision in South Windsor

Toll Brothers, Inc.

Led a team that obtained local inland wetlands, special exception and site plan approvals in April 2017 for the developer to build a 45-lot open space subdivision maintaining a portion of the property for continued use as farmland. The approvals work included oversight of a soil management plan for pesticide-impacted soils.
