Appointed Special Prosecutor in State Police Conduct Case

Appointment as Special Prosecutor by Connecticut's Chief State's Attorney to investigate Connecticut State Police conduct in the prominent Fuessenich murder case. The accused was the nephew of former Connecticut Public Safety Commissioner who was tried twice on murder and manslaughter charges. The first trial ended with a hung jury; the second ended with acquittal.
