Shipman & Goodwin Attorneys Named 2009 Connecticut Super Lawyers & Rising Stars

As of October 30th, thirty-four attorneys at Shipman & Goodwin have been selected as “2009 Connecticut Super Lawyers”. Additionally, three attorneys were named to the list of “2009 Connecticut Rising Stars.” Lyn Gammill Walker and Sheila Huddleston appear on the “Top 50 Women” list as they received some of the highest point totals in the nomination, research and blue ribbon review process.  All of the names of the lawyers who have received these designations appear in the October 2008 issue of New England Super Lawyers Magazine and will also appear in the February 2009 issue of Connecticut Magazine.

The “Connecticut Super Lawyers” are selected annually by the publishers of Law & Politics and Connecticut Magazine. Attorneys are nominated by their peers, reviewed and evaluated by a research team.  The “Connecticut Rising Stars” designation recognizes the top up-and-coming attorneys in Connecticut who are 40 years old or younger, or who have been practicing for 10 years or less.
