September 27, 2010

Hartford Office - Courtroom
12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Millions of Internet users log onto social networking sites such as Facebook, LinkedIn and MySpace every day to chronicle the intimate details of their personal and professional lives, to promote their businesses, or to "find a friend." These sites create a virtual gold mine of discoverable information that may be used to help or hinder our clients embroiled in litigation. Therefore, social media should be a part of every litigation plan, and has become a vital discovery tool.

We will discuss effective ways to collect, analyze and use the information contained on such sites. If you are a litigation partner, associate or paralegal, you should plan to attend this seminar. Lunch will be provided.
