CORPORATE TRANSACTIONAL ASSOCIATE - HARTFORD OFFICE

We are seeking a mid-level associate to join our corporate and transactional practice in Hartford. Candidates must have three to six years of corporate and transactional experience in a law firm setting, including significant experience with mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions and drafting and negotiating transaction documents. Experience extending to real estate based transactions is a plus. Candidates must also be able to manage due diligence investigations and work as a member of a team on complex transactions. Top academic credentials are required along with admission to the Connecticut bar.

International Trade/Government Investigations Associate - HARTFORD OFFICE

We are seeking an associate to join our International Trade and Government Investigations practices in our Hartford office.  Candidates should have two to five years experience in international trade or government investigations.  Prior large firm experience is preferred. 

Life Sciences Attorney - HARTFORD OR D.C. OFFICE

We are seeking an attorney with five plus years of experience representing life sciences and medical products companies to join either the Hartford or D.C. office.  The successful applicant should be able to work independently and must have extensive experience in structuring, drafting and negotiating a variety of agreements involving technology licensing, production, supply, sales, distribution, research and development as well as collaborations, affiliations and joint ventures.  Experience counseling clients on protection of intellectual property is a plus.  Must be able to provide advice for a wide range of corporate and regulatory compliance matters, including, but not limited to corporate compliance plans, fraud and abuse and anti-kickback issues.  Life sciences, medical products or healthcare background would be useful, but is not essential.

Transactional Associate - HARTFORD OFFICE

We are seeking an attorney with a minimum of one year of experience in transactional work to join our well-established, fast-paced Corporate Trust practice in our Hartford office. The Corporate Trust group works closely with the corporate trust departments of major national banks, representing them as trustees, escrow agents and collateral or security agents in a wide variety of corporate debt, leveraged lease, municipal bond, secured and structured financing transactions and defaults.  Applicants with finance or securities/capital markets experience would be ideal.  Successful applicants must have the ability to work with complex transactional documents in high stakes matters and must be willing and able to work under tight timeframes. 

Corporate Technology Attorney - HARTFORD OR STAMFORD OFFICE

We are seeking an experienced business technology/transactions attorney to join our Hartford or Stamford office.  Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience structuring, drafting and negotiating a wide variety of transactions involving technology across a variety of industries.  Significant experience drafting agreements related to commercialization of products and technology as well as technology development and licensing including software licensing, technology rights and transfers, product distribution and strategic alliances required.  Corporate transactional background and prior law firm experience desired. 

Real Estate/Transactional Associate - STAMFORD OFFICE

We are seeking a junior associate to join our transactional practice in Stamford.  Candidates must have two to four years of corporate and transactional experience in a law firm setting, including significant experience with financing transactions and drafting and negotiating transaction documents.  Experience with real estate related transactions is preferred.  Candidates must be self-starters and must be able to manage due diligence investigations and work as a member of a team on complex transactions.  Admission to the New York and/or New Jersey bar would be a plus.

LITIGATION ASSOCIATE - D.C. OFFICE

We are seeking a junior associate to join our litigation practice in Washington, DC. Candidates should have two to three years of litigation experience. Prior large law firm experience is preferred. Top academic credentials are required.
